Hi Sarah,
It’s definitely been fun making recipes in the Instant Pot – some come out great, others not so much. Lots of testing and trial and error. But I have to say, that at this point, it is counter space worthy. Let me know if you decide to get one. 🙂

There’s a woman in my local minimalist group who raves about hers. With 4 kids she loves the quick cooking capacity and has shared many recipes with us. You both have piqued my interest. I’ve been a die hard slow cooker fan for years, maybe it’s time to up my game…

I am so surprised by how many people I know that have this appliance. And somehow I feel like a late comer to this club who has been enjoying delicious Instant Pot meals for a long time. 😉

Hi Neena,

Nice review. I own one of these (6-Qt). Haven’t tried yogurt yet. But it’s really good for soups, rice, high pressure cooking for veggies, chili and, stews.

The main reason I bought it: its high pressure cooking ability. I can’t use a regular high-pressure pot (aka Presto) on my induction cooktop. I’m glad I got my Instant Pot.
